1Introduction & Definitions

Welcome to Mospely. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mospely platform and form a legally binding agreement between you and Mospely. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", or "Mospely" refers to the Mospely authority. "You" or "user" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor.

By using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using Mospely.

Mospely primarily provides online gaming, casino, Sports Betting, and related entertainment services. All services are operated in compliance with applicable laws in Bangladesh.

2Account Register

To open an account with Mospely, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Accounts cannot be registered using a false name, address, or identity.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify Mospely support immediately.

Mospely reserves the right to verify any account. You may be asked to submit a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document for verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

Mospely supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The payment rules are outlined below:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 and the maximum is BDT 500,000 per day.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes and no later than 24 hours.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking number registered in your own name.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, Mospely reserves the right to place payments on hold pending investigation.
• Any account involved in proven fraudulent transactions will be permanently closed.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Where currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate will be applied.

4Bonuses & Promotions

Mospely offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only and can be claimed once per account.
• A wagering requirement must be met to use any bonus — typically 15x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from your bonus balance.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days. Any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Accounts found attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means will be suspended.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply to participation in Sports Betting and casino games on Mospely:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Mospely reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Any attempt to fix matches or influence outcomes through other dishonest means will result in permanent account closure.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Mospely is not liable for bets not being accepted in live betting due to network delays.

Casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure completely fair and unbiased results. The Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage for each game can be found in the game information section.

6Responsible Gaming

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mospely platform:

• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Running multiple accounts using fake identities or false information.

• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
